UK Shipping only:

My Hermes
We use My Hermes all our UK mainland deliveries to give our customers the best shipping rates.
Shipping is £2.94 for parcels under 1KG.

International Shipping:

EU Shipping:
Our shipping cost for EU parcel’s under 1KG is £27.00

Worldwide Shipping:
Our shipping cost for outside the UK and EU for parcel’s under 1KG is £26.00

For our international shipping we use Parcels to 2 Go.

*Please note a signature must be required on delivery on all orders we ship.
For orders over 10kg we may use an additional logistics company with competitive rates.

Orders placed over the weekend; Saturday & Sunday, are dispatched the next working day. This day is generally Monday excluding U.K. public holidays. Please note that the delivery times are from the date of dispatch. All prices quoted above and quoted at the checkout at the time of your order, are inclusive of VAT.
Delays in Delivery
Yaia Hair LTD shall not be held liable for a delay or failure to deliver due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. However, we will do our best to resolve any issues with the courier.

Incorrect Delivery Information
Please make sure you enter the correct delivery address details when making an order. Yaia Hair LTD shall not be held liable for incorrect details entered by the customer. In the unfortunate circumstance when an item is delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are under no obligation to issue a refund or send a replacement of goods. If returning an item/s to us and the incorrect details have been entered, we cannot be held responsible or issue a refund or replacement for goods we do not receive. The correct return address will be issued to the consumer if for any reason an item needs to be returned, and it will be the customer’s responsibility to enter these details correctly. We will however try to resolve any issues of incorrect delivery with the courier.

Returns:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer:

1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
