What is your heart chakra?

The heart chakra is located in the centre of your chest + is the fourth in your seven chakras. The heart chakra is associated with compassion, affection, + love; a place of purity + strength.

The energy from your heart chakra starts in the centre of the chest + expands through the body, connecting the lower + upper chakras + acting as a sort of gateway between our earthly + spiritual aspirations.

Through the heart chakra we form our deepest connections to affection, tenderness, + endearment.

Symptoms of a blocked heart chakra

When your heart chakra is blocked or underactive, it can affect your overall well being. Many of our chakras become misaligned or develop blockages from time to time + these can range from minor or major, sometimes becoming unblocked over the natural course of our day-to-day actions.

Symptoms of a blocked heart chakra include:
